When you create an account, we collect: name and mobile number, email address (if provided), profile details such as skills, bio, and photo, and government-issued ID (Aadhaar and PAN) for verification.
Location Data
We collect location data to show relevant tasks near you and match you with nearby users. You can control location access through your device settings.
Communication Data
We collect in-app messages between users, support queries, and feedback.
Financial Information
To enable payments and payouts, we collect bank account or UPI details. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Funds may be held securely until task completion and released after confirmation.
Usage Data
We collect basic app usage data such as device information and activity to improve our services.
We use your information to: create and manage your account, match tasks with relevant users, enable communication between users, process payments and payouts, verify identities and maintain platform safety, and improve our platform and user experience.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share your information with: KYC verification partners, payment providers such as Razorpay, service providers supporting platform operations, and legal authorities when required by law.
We use appropriate security measures to protect your information, including encryption and secure systems. While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure.
You can: access or update your information, request account deletion, and contact us for any privacy concerns. Some data may be retained as required by law.
MOBRIB may be used by individuals below 18 years of age only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Certain features, including payments and task posting, may be restricted to users who meet legal age requirements.
We do not knowingly collect personal or financial information from minors without appropriate consent. If we become aware that such information has been collected without such consent, we will take steps to delete it.
