MOBRIB Private Limited ("MOBRIB", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides a technology platform that connects individuals who need tasks completed ("Task Posters") with individuals willing to perform tasks ("Taskers").
By accessing or using MOBRIB, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use certain features of the Platform, including payments and task posting. Users below 18 may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent.
MOBRIB acts only as an intermediary platform. We connect Task Posters and Taskers. We do not provide any physical services. Task completion, quality, and timelines are the responsibility of users.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. You must provide accurate information at all times.
Completion of KYC verification is mandatory to access and use the Platform.
You agree not to: provide false information or impersonate others, use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, attempt to bypass the Platform for payments or communication, or harass or harm other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Task Posters can post tasks with details, budget, timing, and location. Taskers can send offers with their price. Task Posters can review offers and choose who to assign the task.
Once an offer is accepted, the task is considered confirmed and payment is required to proceed. Both parties are responsible for completing the task as agreed.
Posting a task on MOBRIB is free. Task Posters receive offers and can choose any offer.
Once an offer is accepted:
The Task Poster is required to make the payment. Payments are processed securely through the Platform using Razorpay. Funds are held securely in escrow.
After task completion:
Payment is released only after the task is marked as completed. MOBRIB deducts its platform fee before releasing the remaining amount to the Tasker.
All applicable fees are displayed before confirming the task. No hidden charges.
Tasks may be cancelled by mutual agreement between users. Refunds may be issued in cases of non-completion, disputes, or valid claims. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Users are encouraged to resolve issues through in-app communication. MOBRIB may assist in dispute resolution where necessary. Final decisions may be based on available evidence and platform policies.
All users on MOBRIB are required to complete identity verification before using the Platform. This includes: Aadhaar verification, PAN verification, and bank account details for payments and payouts.
Users must provide accurate and valid information. Failure to complete verification or providing false information may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of the account.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
MOBRIB is not responsible for: the quality or outcome of tasks, actions or behavior of users, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction.
We may suspend or terminate your account: if you violate these Terms, if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, or to comply with legal requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
